What You'll Do:

• Spearhead the development and execution of programmatic automation strategies to ensure thorough and efficient requirement testing.
• Familiarize with automation tools and frameworks for test development, execution, and reporting. Maintain test automation, including selecting appropriate tools, configuring environments, and integrating with version control systems.
• Develop and execute high-quality test plans on RDK stacks, leveraging automation and tooling to detect defects quickly and ensure reliable test coverage (BDD and Test Automation).
• Explore advanced topics such as test data management, scenario refactoring, and integrating BDD with CI/CD pipelines.
• Practice agile methodologies to enhance teamwork and productivity. Participate in cross-functional activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster alignment.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, Robot Framework) for broadband testing automation.
• Strong proficiency in functional, performance, stress, regression, and security testing approaches.
• Experience with DevOps practices, providing full lifecycle ownership, solutioning, observability, process optimization, and operationalization.
• Deep knowledge of broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, Fiber, DSL, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of dual-band routers, Wi-Fi protocols, and network translation tools.
• Strong experience with BDD, test automation, and infrastructure, with an understanding of Business-Driven Development strategies.
• Familiarity with automation tools for test development, execution, and reporting, and strategies for optimizing test coverage.
