• Experience in diagnostics and computer use.

Role Responsibilities:

• Observe, recognize, and report vehicle or component defects or symptoms of failure.
• Examine vehicles thoroughly and report on their condition, safety, reliability, and performance (MOT).
• Protect vehicles under repair against damage and inspect for damage and cleanliness upon completion.
• Attend recognized courses and assist in training apprentices.
• Obtain permission before fitting parts not previously authorized and return parts for warranty and inspection.
• Complete all service, maintenance, defect reports, manufacturer paperwork, and electronic documentation accurately.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
• Experience in diagnostics and computer use.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong team player mentality.
• Ability to work to a high standard.
