Job Title: D365 CE Technical Solutions Architect - Dynamics CRM

Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required

Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Bonus: Yes

Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role of Technical Solutions Architect - D365 CE:

• Involvement in pre-sale activities, such as high-level scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.
• Validate and oversee technical aspects of the CXE team’s work to ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor and validate work of junior team members.
• Review, validate, and approve technical solution designs.
• Analyse and design customer requirements on complex projects.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops.
• Advise on data migration and integration solutions.
• Analyse functional and technical requirements based on customer needs.

Travel and Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work from home or office, with planned onsite visits. Regular office attendance encouraged but flexible.

About You (The Essentials):

• PL-400, and PL-600 or the ability to achieve.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, D365).
• Programming skills in C#, HTML, VB, .Net, SQL Server 2008-2019.
• Experience across all project phases including configuration, customization, development, and stakeholder management.
• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Curious mindset, eager to challenge and improve.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor.
