• Title: D365 CE Technical Solutions Architect - Dynamics CRM
• Location: Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required
• Salary: Negotiable (aims to improve your current package)
• Bonus: Yes
• Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service)
• Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional Health Cashback Plan
• Hours: Full-time (36.5 hours per week)
• Travel/Expenses: Car required for travel to client sites, expensed at 45p per mile from home (excluding travel within 35 miles of Columbus Office)

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including high-level scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.
• Validate and oversee technical work to ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Review, validate, and approve technical solution designs.
• Analyze and design customer-specific complex solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops.
• Advise on data migration and integration solutions.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements based on customer needs.

Travel and Flexibility

We offer flexibility to balance work and personal life, with options for remote work and planned onsite visits. Regular office presence is encouraged but not mandatory, with advance planning for travel and overnight stays.

Candidate Profile

• Certifications: PL-400, PL-600 or ability to achieve.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 2011-2016, D365.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, HTML, VB, .NET, SQL Server.
• Experience across all project phases including configuration, customization, development, and stakeholder management.
• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
