A leading independent specialist day school is seeking a Pastoral Manager to lead inclusion, behaviour, safeguarding, and attendance strategies. Salary: Up to GBP30,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday,
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practitioner to lead the inclusion, behaviour, safeguarding, and attendance strategies within our school.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development of inclusive practices, analysing and supporting pupil behaviour, safeguarding vulnerable students, and promoting positive attendance across the school.

The Holden School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 5 to 16, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs in Lancashire, Manchester and surrounding areas.
