Qualifications

  • Experience in waste management and operational roles.
  • Ability to comply with health and safety regulations.

Salary: £15.09 ph plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 per week - Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm and a 3pm finish on a Friday

Location: Telford, TF6 5AR

What will you be doing?


  • Direct and control all on-site waste management activities for the client
  • Collecting general waste bins on site and empty into the compactor
  • Collecting recycling bins to be emptied and bag recyclates
  • Maintain paperwork and records of all collection from each location
  • Assisting with large scale clearances
  • Comply with all method statements and risk assessments.
  • Assisting management to ensure compliance with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation and secure a continual improvement in performance standards.




What are we looking for?

  • Full UK driving licence
  • FLT licence and experience
  • Similar operational industrial experience



This position is subject to satisfactory security clearance.



Desirable -

  • Compactor / Bailer experience
  • Waste management experience
  • Chemical awareness training
