Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution team.
You'll be required to carry out tasks for a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, starting with the first engagement and evaluation.
Participants will receive motivational support and guidance to help them stay engaged throughout their sentence. You will provide both group work and one-on-one interventions to help participants overcome obstacles and reintegrate into their communities, facilitating a seamless transition through effective pre-release planning.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation/social care or within the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring them effectively.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) along with excellent benefits:
