Job description

Our OEM Client based in Solihull is searching for a Communication and Engagement Specialist to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a 12-month contract position initially until 13th April 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £29.90 per hour.

The Communication and Engagement Specialist's objective is to ensure robust delivery of incremental deployment releases to business end-users, facilitate organizational engagement and readiness for change, and promote adoption and sustainability of change.

Key activities include:

1. Describing and communicating the impact of process changes on roles and user access within tools.
2. Identifying stakeholders and end-users for deployment activities.
3. Supporting onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users.
4. Conducting business change impact assessments with senior stakeholders prior to deployment.
5. Creating and communicating stakeholder engagement plans.
6. Supporting interactions with Process Leads and Stakeholders in developing global business processes.
7. Ensuring 'Idea to Product' processes align with the Transformation Process Architecture and comply with regulations.
8. Developing and maintaining a communications strategy that promotes engagement, adoption, and celebrates milestones, aligned with manufacturing system deployments.
