Position: Area Sales Manager (Structured Progression)

Location: Field Based, UK Wide

Are you a proven Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager with experience in Capital Equipment, seeking an opportunity to join a global market-leading business? This role offers ongoing technical training, autonomy, and career progression opportunities as a technical expert.

The company is an industry-leading international machinery firm with a global presence, operating across various industries for over a century. They seek a motivated engineer to join their engineering team in a field-based role, providing excellent client service and growth opportunities.

This position involves working within Capital Sales in the water industry, focusing on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and expanding the company's market share. The role is highly autonomous, working within the industrial water markets to sell services, parts, maintenance, and frameworks, with 75% customer-facing activities.

The ideal candidate is experienced in capital sales within the water industry (waste treatment, environmental, chemical, pumps, filtration, screening, sludge treatment, etc.), highly motivated, skilled in business development and account management, and holds a full UK driver's license.
