Claims Service Manager

Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

About the role

We’re seeking a Claims Service Manager to shape our support for strategic clients. The role focuses on proactive account management, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to meet client needs. Skills required
  • Experience in building strong client relationships in a service-led role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage complex client scenarios and provide expert advice
  • Proven track record of process improvements and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of home claims or the insurance industry is advantageous
