Location: Open to candidates across the UK (must be willing to travel nationally)
Contract: Full Time
Role Type: Interim/Permanent
Working Hours Per Week: 40
Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum DOE + Management Incentive Plan eligibility



Role: Quality Improvement Partner (Mental Health / Complex Trauma and CSE Schools)


Location: Open - remote-based role with regular UK-wide travel (travel and accommodation expenses covered)
Hours: 40 per week

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with mental health and complex trauma needs? Do you have a strong background in quality assurance within education? If so, this role offers an exciting opportunity to influence outcomes in specialist education settings.
We are currently seeking a Quality Improvement Partner to join our education services team. In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of specialist schools across the UK to drive improvements in service delivery, policy development, and regulatory compliance.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage service level agreements across allocated schools.

  • Support Headteachers and Heads of Service in establishing effective education systems aligned with best practices and quality assurance standards.

  • Use performance data and KPIs to inform practice improvements.

  • Ensure schools are appropriately registered and compliant with relevant education regulations.

  • Participate in governance processes and leadership forums to support organisational development.

  • Provide guidance on safeguarding, notifiable events, and child protection issues.

  • Collaborate with HR and L&D on staff development aligned with quality findings.

  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusive practice across services.


Essential Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification in education

  • Management Diploma or equivalent

  • Enhanced DBS clearance

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Flexibility to travel across the UK (travel and accommodation costs covered)


Knowledge & Experience:


  • Deep understanding of the Independent School Standards (2014)

  • Leadership experience in education at a strategic level

  • Experience as a Headteacher

  • Successful track record with Ofsted education inspections

  • Ability to manage complex organisations and deliver results to tight deadlines

  • Proven capacity to implement best practice improvements in education
