The Role Scope

This role involves leading the delivery of various projects, initially supporting MandM’s digital transformation through a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, utilizing both in-house and third-party software development teams.

Role key responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and manage resources
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure efficient scrum team delivery
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Prepare and present progress reports, project briefs, and updates
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
• Conduct post-project evaluations and develop recommendations for future projects
• Support the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes

About You

Skills / Competencies

• Project management certifications, ideally in Waterfall and Agile
• 5+ years of project management experience, including digital transformation projects
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Google Workspace)
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and in-house software teams
