Snr Marketing Mgr B&M Projects Integration & Part VII

Business Unit: Brand & Marketing
Salary Range: £53,600 - £67,000 per annum DOE + benefits
Location: Hybrid, with regular travel to a hub
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in how we communicate changes related to the Virgin Money and Nationwide Building Society integration, and update customer collateral accordingly.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - B&M Projects Integration & Part VII, you'll manage two Marketing Managers to deliver customer communications strategies for approximately 6 million Virgin Money customers, and oversee Part VII changes across around 14,000 customer communication documents.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing customer communications and updating assets in line with Part VII requirements, managing approval processes within and outside Brand & Marketing.
  • Representing Brand & Marketing at Part VII meetings and advocating for the customer.
  • Driving customer activity based on data and insights, with clear measurement objectives.
  • Adopting a test-and-learn approach.
  • Evaluating campaign performance, recording lessons learned, and recommending improvements.
  • Ensuring all communications adhere to Virgin Money brand guidelines and internal policies.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in multi-channel customer communications management.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, translating complex data into insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
  • Good knowledge of marketing and creativity.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and understanding of industry regulations, data protection policies.
  • Ability to align work with our purpose and focus on positive customer outcomes.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Relevant marketing qualification.
  • Additional marketing experience.
  • Understanding of marketing measurement principles and techniques.
  • Awareness of industry, regulatory, and economic factors affecting marketing.
