Business Unit: Brand & Marketing | Salary Range: £53,600 - £67,000 per annum DOE + benefits | Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term | Work Arrangement: Hybrid with regular travel

This role involves managing customer communications related to the integration of Virgin Money and Nationwide Building Society, targeting approximately 6 million customers and updating around 14,000 customer communication documents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage customer communications and assets in line with Part VII requirements, overseeing approval processes within and outside Brand & Marketing.
  2. Represent Brand & Marketing at Part VII meetings, advocating for customer interests.
  3. Drive customer activity based on data and insights, establishing clear metrics for success.
  4. Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimize campaigns.
  5. Evaluate campaign performance, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
  6. Ensure all communications adhere to Virgin Money brand guidelines and internal policies.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in multi-channel customer communications management.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive insights independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
