Job summary
Bristol Royal Hospital for Children (BRHC) is looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the department of General Paediatrics. We are offering 1 x 8.5 PA locum post to start as close as possible to beginning of July for 12 months from this date. This role will support the delivery of both inpatient and outpatient general paediatrics. Applicants should have a CCT or equivalent in General Paediatrics or be listed on the GMC's specialist register via CESR route. An interest in Paediatric Epilepsy is desirable although not essential.
The BRHC is the paediatric major trauma centre for the South West region and is the only dedicated hospital for children in the South West of England. Bristol was voted best place to live in the UK in 2017 by the Sunday Times. It is a vibrant city with easy access to the countryside and coast of the Southwest of England and South Wales.
Main duties of the jobTo comply with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 all applicants must be able to speak fluent English to an appropriate standard which will be assessed at Interview.
