Nike West London is looking for the next Operations Athlete to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer.

Role Overview

As our Operations Athlete, your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will focus on stock management, processes, and delivery efficiency, ensuring all goods are received and processed accurately.

You will process stock efficiently to ensure that the back of house environment reflects the energy, passion, and innovation experienced by consumers on the shop floor.

What You Bring

• Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use your digital device knowledge to connect online and offline sales or services.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Enhance your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including availability for retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Availability

• Full shift availability, maximum 5 days per week.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
