The Role:
As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students across a variety of age groups, from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4. You will play a key role in developing our dance program, fostering students artistic abilities, and helping them build confidence through creative expression.

Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality dance lessons that inspire and motivate students.
· Support students’ development through both practical and theoretical dance education.
· Lead extracurricular dance clubs and support school performances and events.
· Encourage a love of dance while promoting discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.
· Participate in the wider school community and collaborate with staff across different subjects.

What We Are Looking For:
· Qualified Dance Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching dance at secondary school level – Preferrable
· A passion for dance and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
· Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons.
· Experience in delivering GCSE Dance or other dance qualifications is desirable.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· A positive attitude and a commitment to student success.
