Responsibilities

Our 1,340 shops are central to our business and play a key role in their local communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.

Daily tasks include processing customer bets, ensuring responsible gambling, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A vital part of your role is promoting responsible betting and following our 'Think 21' policy.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. An interest in sports and betting is advantageous but not essential, as we offer structured training to support your development. We also provide opportunities for further training and career progression.
