Bensons for Beds is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Brighton. You will lead a team, drive store performance, and ensure excellent customer service. With a competitive salary and uncapped commission, this role offers opportunities for career growth and development.

Salary: £26,500 with on target earnings of £35,000 (the amount you’ll potentially earn with your commission)

As an Assistant Store Manager in our Brighton Store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store’s performance. You’ll be on the shop floor helping our customers find sleep wellness with the right sleep products, and supporting the team in store by being a role model for our consultants. This means that our unique sleepPRO technology won’t be the only thing ensuring both customers and colleagues get the best night’s sleep! We’ll provide full training for the job and for supporting your Store Manager because we believe in setting you up for success.

Our customers are in when they’re free to shop, so the role involves evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
