Job Title: Electronics Build Technician
Location: NR10
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
We are excited to offer a career opportunity with an expanding and highly specialised business in the electronics and engineering sector for an Electronics/Hardware Assembly Technician.
As an Electronics Technician, you will play a crucial role in the hands-on build, assembly, and testing of electronic equipment used in the oil and gas industry. This position is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, develop hands-on skills, and take ownership of product builds from schematic to final assembly.
Build and assemble electronic equipment through to full product lines
Read and interpret electronic schematics to guide assembly
Perform rudimentary fault-finding and diagnostics on circuits
Solder components with precision and accuracy
Participate in occasional site visits, including rare UK and international travel

Ability to read and follow electronic schematics
Basic fault-finding and diagnostics in electronic circuits
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
UK residency and valid UK driving licence
Basic familiarity with firmware/code manipulation (SSH, C, Python)
Understanding of camera systems and their operation
Experience working in industrial or oil & gas environments
Previous experience in electronics assembly or similar hands-on technical roles
Background in electronics, engineering, or related industrial sectors
Monday to Friday
On-site role based in NR10
Some occasional UK and international travel may be required
