The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with a strong focus on food quality and standards. You will use your food knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members on the go
• Understanding food, health, and safety standards, as well as kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
