The Role
This is a full-time role based in London. The Sixth Street Insurance Operations & Program Management Office (PMO) Team is responsible for providing support, subject matter expertise, and strategic insight to the Sixth Street Insurance business unit and Sixth Street portfolio companies. As an Insurance Operations Program Manager in the Sixth Street Insurance Operations & PMO Team, you will play a key role in the continued build-out and expansion of the Insurance business unit in the following areas:
The candidate will work closely with Sixth Street’s investment professionals, portfolio company leadership teams, and internal and external partners to drive performance improvements across the platform and maximize Sixth Street returns. The candidate will provide support for the Sixth Street Insurance European portfolio companies as well as, U.S. portfolio companies. The overall objective of the role is to increase the value of the insurance portfolio by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the Insurance Business Plan.

Sixth Street Europe, LLP and/or Sixth Street Luxembourg S.à r.l. is the data controller in respect of Applicant personal data.
Personal data we collect about you
We collect and use personal data about our Applicants from time to time, including information which is provided by you to us or one of our affiliates, and information about you that we collect from third parties or generate ourselves.

We do not collect your special category personal data (such as your race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs, health, or sexual orientation) or personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences (together, “Sensitive Personal Data”) unless we are required or permitted to do so by applicable law or regulations, or you have, in accordance with applicable law, provided your explicit consent to the collection and processing of your Sensitive Personal Data.
Provision of personal data to Sixth Street is generally voluntary but we require certain information in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and in order to perform our contractual obligations to you.
For example, if you fail to provide information which is relevant to your legal right to work in your country or your suitability to perform a role which is regulated (including personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences), we may not be able to employ you in that role or at all.
How we use your personal data
We (and our service providers performing services on our behalf) use and process the personal data that we collect, subject to applicable law, including for the following purposes:
Data sharing
Given the globally integrated nature of our business we may share your personal data for the above mentioned purposes with Sixth Street-related entities in other jurisdictions, including the United States of America.
We may also share personal data with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as recruitment platforms, analytics providers and information technology and hosting providers. In accordance with applicable law, where applicable, we will have entered into legally binding agreements requiring them to use or disclose personal data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf for the purposes described in this Notice or comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
In addition, we (and our service providers) may disclose personal data about you (a) if we or they are required or permitted to do so (i) by law or legal process, for example due to a court order or a request from a law enforcement agency, or (ii) to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights, or (iii) by our regulator(s) or any applicable regulations; (b) when we or they believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, (c) in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or other illegal activity, or (d) in connection with (i) fundraising, (ii) the making, management or disposition of any of our investments, or (iii) business continuity purposes.
