Are you a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager looking to lead cutting-edge cloud and integration projects? Join 345 Technology, a leading software consultancy, and take charge of the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact technology solutions for enterprise clients.

As a Delivery Manager at 345 Technology, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and commercial delivery of technology projects. This hands-on leadership role suits someone who is highly organised, client-focused, and passionate about Agile delivery, especially within Azure or cloud-based environments.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, senior stakeholders, and customers to ensure every project meets its scope, timeline, and budget—while delivering exceptional business value.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery: on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Own commercial delivery ensuring profitability and KPI alignment.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  
  

Agile Delivery

• Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) tailored to client needs.
• Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and user story definition.
  
  

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Be the trusted advisor and point of escalation for clients.
• Deliver regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Communicate delivery status with clarity and confidence.
  
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, and support teams.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery across workstreams.
• Align technical delivery with business goals.
  
  

Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Track project KPIs, resource utilisation, and performance metrics.
• Proactively remove blockers and delivery challenges.
• Contribute to internal process improvement and best practices.
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a software consultancy.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in Azure or other cloud-based project delivery.
• Strong background in project planning, tracking, and RAID log management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
• Experience working with technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Consultancy experience managing both client relationships and commercial outcomes.
