Principal Planning Officer
Devon
£50 to £55 per hour Inside IR35
6 month initial contract

You will mainly work from home, with required visits to the office as needed.

This newly created role is due to increased workload from ongoing development projects, primarily focusing on town centre regeneration. The local authority seeks an experienced planner who can start immediately with minimal supervision.

Requirements include experience with major applications and PPA experience.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain the high service standards of the local authority.
