Job Description

As the Assistant Regional Trade Manager for the US and UK markets, you will analyze sales performance data daily, weekly, and monthly to inform senior leadership and support business targets. Your insights into traffic, conversion, and sales will be crucial in identifying risks and opportunities, responding to customer behaviour changes, and aligning with business priorities.

The Responsibilities

1. Provide analytics on US and UK sales performance.
2. Set up and support ad-hoc analyses; share insights on KPIs.
3. Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
4. Collaborate with US digital trading and planning teams to improve KPIs and customer experience.
5. Support sales forecasting with insights and recommendations.
6. Analyze local market and competitor propositions and trading rhythms.
7. Stay updated on innovations in ecommerce, online fashion retailing, and logistics, assessing their impact on trade performance.
8. Work with UK & US teams to identify opportunities for improving trading KPIs and customer experience.

Qualifications

About You

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, or analytical roles is preferred.
• SQL and Power BI experience is a plus.
