About This Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst in R&D Business Planning, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health and strategic planning of our clinical pipeline at both the program and study/trial levels. This role involves partnering closely with our R&D clinical operations team and other R&D functional stakeholders to facilitate robust study planning, clinical trial costing, long-range planning, annual budgeting, and continuous forecasting. You will also collaborate with external vendors to establish and manage precise financial forecasts.
Your contributions will ensure efficient allocation of capital by providing financial insights into the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) and delivering accurate study cost estimates. This role offers exciting career growth opportunities, including taking ownership of late-stage R&D program financials, engaging in strategic financial planning, supporting business development initiatives, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $97,000. The offered base salary is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonuses and equity incentives, based on individual, business unit, and company performance.
