Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Interim Graphic Designer. This role is crucial for our bid submissions and requires working from 16:30 into the night (UK time) to ensure that all design tasks are completed by the morning when the team is back online. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in graphic design.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with the Head of Submissions and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
2. Create and design bid documents and other graphic materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with brand standards.
3. Work independently overnight to meet tight deadlines, ensuring all design work is completed and ready for review in the morning.
4. Maintain open communication with the team to address all design needs promptly.
5. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the quality of bid submissions and graphic materials.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record in freelance or contract roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign and Illustrator, with a strong portfolio.
