This role
As the Contracts Manager in the Fire Safety Team, you will lead the delivery of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations and Block Inspection Program (Non Technical Checks). You will create and manage a programme of works with external contractors to deliver Fire Safety Inspection Regimes with MTVH's portfolio.
You will be responsible for monitoring contract budgets and ensuring services are managed effectively, providing value for money and delivering the agreed services. You will work closely with appointed consultants who will provide support relating to statutory and regulatory compliance and technical expertise.
