Are you experienced in administration and want to contribute to our community?

This role offers administrative support to our Independent Advisory Groups, acting as a ‘critical friend’ to the organisation. There will also be opportunities to support Hampshire and IOW Police and the community.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will assist the Citizens in Policing Co-ordinator with administration.

Key Accountabilities include:

  1. Provide administrative support across all volunteering strands.
  2. Maintain a record of IAG members, their contact info, and attendance.
  3. Distribute IAG agendas and documents before meetings.
  4. Take and distribute IAG minutes, redact for publication on the website.
  5. Assist with maintaining the IAG intranet page.
  6. Support the Observer Scheme application process.
