We’re looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant to join our team and help power the future of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.

In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate the schedules and activities of our Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring the smooth delivery of commissioning, maintenance, and repair services across the network of EV charge points.

Job Requirements

Essential:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong IT and computer literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Great communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordinating remote teams
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of customers and clients
  • Familiarity with fleet management software
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of work orders, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met, and assist FSE and Logistics team members when needed.
  • Manage the dispatch of FSEs to service locations, optimising routes and schedules for efficiency.
  • Monitor and document maintenance activities, including service dates, performed repairs, and future maintenance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ChargePoint operators, manufacturers, fleet operators, and clients regarding maintenance schedules, repair services, and commissioning.
  • Produce invoices based on customer purchase orders, service times, and maintenance costs.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues related to repair tickets, maintenance, technical challenges, or parts issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the development of best practices for EV.
  • Prepare daily job reports and update tickets on progress.
