What You’ll Do:

• Active business development: sourcing new clients via networking, meetings, cold-calling, and expanding current accounts.
• Build relationships with top-tier candidates: developing trust and long-term collaboration.
• Drive innovation: exploring new recruitment methods and opportunities, managing accounts strategically with a culture of trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
• A proven 360-degree billing profile, with Principal Consultants expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
• Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
• Ambition to join an early-stage startup with growth potential
• Proven success in their niche and desire for career progression with flexibility
• Resilience and discipline to maintain consistency
• Self-motivation and ambition to lead or bill
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
• Passion for Tech for Good
