Guidant Global is partnering with Dyson to recruit Stylists in Milton Keynes, MK9 3EP.

Dyson engineers became specialists in hair by studying its science from root to tip—understanding how it reacts, how to keep it healthy, and how to style it. Over six years, we have gained valuable insights into technology, products, and people.

At Dyson, we demonstrate our technology in retail spaces, explaining how our products work and why they are superior. Our Stylists are Dyson advocates, knowledgeable about our technology and enthusiastic about sharing it. This involves active styling demonstrations of Dyson products like the Supersonic, Airwrap, and Corrale in our retail stores.

Job Description:

1. Assist customers by highlighting the features of Dyson hair care products, styling various hair types, and demonstrating the correct usage for their hair type.
2. Support the store team in demonstrating other Dyson products.
3. Provide an authentic, premium customer experience.
4. Develop and drive sales in line with business goals and targets.
5. Build strong relationships with in-store team members and support daily operations.

We're looking for:

1. An individual with experience in hair styling and good customer service skills.
2. Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
3. An enthusiastic and passionate individual about new hair care technology who can engage customers and recommend suitable Dyson products.
4. An ambitious spirit to foster growth within the store.
5. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.

This is a part-time role, 12 hours per week, working weekends only.
