Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Bangor NI – 39 Hours

Who are we?

We’re Pets at Home – if you love pets, you might already know about our Pet Care Centres, which include Pets Grooming salons and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?

Our Stylists are essential to our Pets Grooming salons' success. You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming, delivering high-standard, thorough grooms. You will exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and engaging effectively with customers and their pets daily.

We provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You will enjoy a competitive base salary, with opportunities to earn through our Earn As You Learn programmes and additional pay through extra training.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate about delivering excellent service
• Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed Sundays), with a minimum of 39 hours, often more to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays
• Confident with a good understanding of dog grooming, styles/trends, capable of completing high-standard grooms on various breeds
• Experience in a customer-facing salon environment
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to train those new to it
