The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are crucial to the success of our grooming salons. You will provide high standards of pet care while demonstrating basic technical skills in dog grooming, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, development opportunities, and skill-based pay enhancements through our Earn as You Learn programmes.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Are flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Have experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting (desirable but not essential). Bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Have worked in a target-driven environment or are willing to work towards targets.
