Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences (Hybrid, Newcastle Based) £35,000 – £45,000 Pension + Commission + Sign-On Bonus

We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist agency that works with VC-backed startups, PE-funded scale-ups, and global leaders across Biotech, MedTech, and Pharma. You’ll be joining a supportive team with clear growth plans, big ambitions, and the tools to help you succeed.

The Role:

Position: Recruitment Consultant (360 role)

Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in Newcastle office

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 base + commission + sign-on bonus

• Around 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (any sector: Life Sciences is a bonus but not essential)
• Ambitious, driven, and ready to take on more responsibility
• Comfortable with business development and growing your own accounts
• A strong communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Eager to learn, grow, and become a specialist in a thriving market
