I am working exclusively with a leading business based in Hampshire. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Analytics Manager to lead the centralisation and optimisation of their analytics function.

Working within a manufacturing environment, this role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through the integration and utilisation of SAP, Power BI, and Crystal Reports. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and other key business functions you will ensure cohesive data strategy and reporting alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the centralisation of data analytics across the organisation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Crystal Reports, with data sourced primarily from SAP.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Train and support end-users in the use of reporting tools and interpretation of analytics outputs.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following mix of skills and experience:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in an analytics or BI leadership role preferably in a manufacturing or related setting.
• Experience leading analytics transformation or centralisation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
• Solid understanding of business processes within manufacturing, sales, and engineering functions.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
