Role Overview: As the HR Operations Lead, EMEA & AMERICAS, you will lead a team of HR Operations Specialists dedicated to delivering a seamless employee experience. You will partner across HR and other functions to support transformational initiatives aimed at improving HR workflows and processes. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic international team where your contributions will be impactful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of four HR Operations Specialists across EMEA and AMERICAS: set priorities, oversee daily tasks, coach, and manage performance and development.
  • Coordinate and manage the team’s work plan to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead all HR operational processes in the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data for processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
  • Conduct data audits, quality checks, and participate in audits as needed.
  • Work with HRBPs to maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with legal and union requirements.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and accurate HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes and harmonizing workflows.
  • Lead change management initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and process completion.
  • Participate in meetings or projects outside local hours to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years in HR/People Operations in a multinational environment, with team leadership experience.
  • Experience working with diverse global populations and understanding employment laws and data privacy in multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday HCM is essential.
  • High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
