Job description

Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and the collection counter.

1. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
2. Keep the stock room neat and tidy, restock products from deliveries.
3. Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product recommendations.
4. Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to better serve customers.
