Job Description:

Role Purpose: To deliver sales through account management, contributing to regional and national sales targets for the Merz Aesthetics portfolio. To build and maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), providing access to resources, education, and support to help them achieve their goals. To promote the Merz Aesthetics portfolio effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales within the territory, aiming for year-on-year growth.
  2. Promote the Merz Aesthetics product range to HCPs to meet sales objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing HCPs.
  4. Create business plans and employ account management strategies to achieve sales targets, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Relationships:

  1. Build relationships with decision-making HCPs and influencers.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, KAM, Marketing, and Regional Sales Managers.
  3. Influence clinic staff and gatekeepers to present opportunities to HCPs.
  4. Share customer information and generate leads with the team.
  5. Maintain professional external partnerships.
  6. Educate and influence HCPs and their networks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Background in Life Sciences, nursing, or (para)medical fields, with sales experience preferred.
  • Understanding of key account management and customer engagement.
  • ABPI qualification or working towards it.
