Your Job

You will lead the vision, strategy, and management of Kimberly Clark Distributor portals for our international markets, enabling our distributors to partner and collaborate more effectively. The role includes owning the development and experience of KCP’s product in partnership with the DTS team and regional partners. Responsibilities include driving the product’s vision, roadmap, project intake, requirements scoping, and directing resources for major features and minor requests. Daily tasks involve managing the product lifecycle from project brief to deployment and retrospectives, and communicating with stakeholders about performance and updates.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years experience in B2B portals, applications, or digital solutions
  • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably with manufacturers or distributors
  • Team player, high energy, self-motivated, results-driven
  • Creative problem solver, able to lead through ambiguity
  • Experience with creative agencies/vendors, project management, and agile environments
  • Knowledge of CMS, commerce engines, APIs, databases, CRM, SAP is a plus

  • Drive portal vision, strategy, and roadmap, including needs assessment, market research, and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead product development from specifications to testing, ensuring user experience and KPIs are met
