MONDAY - FRIDAY: ROTATING SHIFT – 6.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 (Working one week early shifts, the next week late shifts)

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Counting and Recording Inventory: Accurately count items and record inventory levels. This involves counting items from reels or boxes, often requiring attention to detail, using reel counters and scales.
• Inventory Management: Update records, investigate missing stock, and report discrepancies.
• Quality Checks: Perform quality inspections on stored inventory and report or remove items that do not meet standards.

Skills Required

Educational Requirements:

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English

Skills:

• Proficient with basic computer and data entry tasks
• Knowledge of inventory and stock control systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a related role is preferred but not essential.

Training Provided

All necessary training will be provided along with ongoing support.
