A leading company is seeking an Intranet Manager to develop and manage their EMEA intranet. This role involves strategic planning, content management, and collaboration with global teams. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in SharePoint and excellent communication skills. A&M’s intranet, Connect, is our virtual library and the portal to our services and resources globally.
The Intranet Manager will be a part of the Intranet and Internal Content EMEA (IICE) Team, reporting to the Head of IICE in London, and will lead the development of our regional site with a strong focus on strategic business unit portals. They will work alongside the Intranet Coordinator EMEA who is responsible for restructuring sub sites, training and supporting country intranets. The team are part of the wider Operations business unit and the successful candidate will work closely with Knowledge Management, Marketing and the Insight Center.
Our intranet is hosted on SharePoint Online with a global and regional presence, offering many opportunities to share news, knowledge, guidelines, templates and more. As our firm expands, so too does our intranet remit to provide services lines, business units and countries with a resource of rich content.
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will need to understand the business, firm goals and the latest in intranet best practice in order to maintain a site that delivers content to users through a quick and easy to navigate journey. They will be a champion of A&Ms information services at all times.
