Job description

Key Stage 2 Class Teacher

Location: Brighton

Pay: £120-£223.62 per day

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Contract Type: Full-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Key Stage 2 class teacher to join one of the wonderful schools we service in Brighton. Whether you’re an experienced teacher seeking flexible working options or an NQT/ECT aiming to gain more classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a desirable primary school in the area.

In your role, you will deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students are engaged and progressing during your time with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans.
  2. Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
  3. Adapt to different school environments and teaching practices.
  4. Ensure that all students receive equal opportunities for learning and development.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  3. Excellent communication abilities.
  4. Current DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply.
