Carnival UK is in search of a Product Manager, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

We are re-shaping Technology to deliver a new vivid vision which will enable us to grow, evolve and transform from a traditional legacy estate. Taking our strategic and practical delivery experience to innovate and implement leading digital technologies and agile methodologies that will enhance our guests, colleagues and crew’s experience.

The successful Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals. They will lead and influence cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve our offerings. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in technology and a passion for innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Delivery Focus: Manage the full product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on delivery, ensuring customer/user needs are met and financial targets achieved.
2. Hardware/Software Integration: Oversee the integration of hardware and software elements within our technology solutions.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement strategy and vision, engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
4. Team Management: Lead a team of product owners, managing a portfolio of active products through their full lifecycle.
5. Innovation: Provide innovative solutions as new technologies are introduced.
6. Travel: Occasional international travel to our ships, including some evening and weekend work.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements:

To thrive as a Product Manager, we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager within technology services for a complex, matrix organization, ideally within hospitality or service-based sectors
• Experience and certification in Agile methodologies
• Strong delivery experience, working the full lifecycle of product covering vision and strategy, development, implementation, maintenance and retirement
• Excellent leadership skills, managing direct reports and leading the wider business through complex changes
• Flexibility to travel internationally on occasion
