Your role:

Take ownership of technically challenging Greenfield projects, focusing on scalability and reliability across the full development lifecycle, using a technology stack that includes TypeScript, Elixir, Elm, and AWS.

Location / WFH:

Hybrid model: 3 days in London office, 2 days remote.

About you:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, 2.1 or above from a top university
• Experienced software engineer with strong CS fundamentals and complex software delivery experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to own projects and mentor juniors
• Strong TypeScript skills, with backend experience in languages like Python, Java, C++, or C#
• Familiar with tech stack including Elixir, Ember, Elm, Phoenix, LiveView, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of problem solving
• Experience in startups/SMEs and good business acumen
• Understanding of financial markets is a plus
