Job Title: Full Stack Engineer / Developer (TypeScript, Elixir, AWS) – London / WFH to £90k

Your role:

You will take ownership of technically challenging Greenfield development projects, working on complex problems with scalability and reliability in mind, across the full development lifecycle from architecture and design through to implementation.

The tech stack includes TypeScript, Elixir, Elm, AWS, among others. You will have a 50/50 split between backend and frontend development, learning and applying new skills in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.

Location / WFH:

Hybrid model: 3 days in London office per week.

About you:

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar STEM discipline, 2.1 or above from a top university
• Experienced software engineer with strong knowledge of best practices and delivering complex, data-centric software
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects and mentor junior team members
• Strong TypeScript skills, with experience in backend languages like Python, Java, C++, or C#
• Familiar with tech stack: Elixir, Ember, Elm, Phoenix, LiveView, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker (experience with all not required)
• Analytical mindset and enjoy problem solving
• Experience working in start-ups / SMEs with good business acumen
• Ideally, understanding of financial markets
