A fantastic and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Relief Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic and passionate colleagues in Nottingham. This is a flexible contract that can work for you.
As a Relief Community Inclusion Facilitator, you will be a valued member of the team, flexible and committed to supporting people. Your role involves developing and offering a range of responsive, direct individual and group activities to people with a learning disability accessing the Me Time Programme.

The Me Time model is person-centred and focused on improving quality of life for participants, providing pathways to opportunities like volunteering or employment. It is a social inclusion, leisure, and community-led programme supporting people with learning disabilities to develop skills, confidence, and relationships within their local community through various activities and support to access community groups and opportunities.
