Senior Software Engineer (Python)
Remote - 2 days a month in Birmingham
£60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead the engineering team in technical design discussions.
2. Collaborate closely with the CTO and Product teams to develop solutions for critical business challenges.
3. Develop interactive content, games, and gamification services within the Data industry.
4. Work primarily with JavaScript, Vue, and some Python.
5. Participate in a remote work environment with on-site visits in Birmingham twice a month (typically the first Thursday and Friday).

Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience as a software developer in commercial settings.
2. Strong skills in JavaScript, Vue or React, and Python.
3. Beneficial to have AWS background, NoSQL, and MongoDB experience.
4. Experience working in start-ups or rapidly growing small organizations is advantageous.
5. Ability to commute to Birmingham twice a month.
