£35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Marketing and Communication (Cancer Grand Challenges)
Directorate: Research & Innovation
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

Cancer Grand Challenges is seeking a science communications professional to join the team and enhance the brand by delivering compelling content about the science we fund, its impact, and the people involved.
About the team:
Cancer Grand Challenges is a global funding initiative launched in 2020 by Cancer Research UK and the US National Cancer Institute. Since its inception, it has funded over 1200 researchers across 16 countries, with a portfolio exceeding $400 million across 16 interdisciplinary teams. We are now planning for the next decade of this initiative.
As a Science Content Manager, you will join a small, growing team supporting the CGC brand. You will create content across various channels, including webpages, presentations, meeting materials, and event experiences. You will also support income generation efforts through partners and philanthropy by crafting relevant content.
