Role: Set Piece Coach

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Full-time, following the men's first team schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing BN15 9FP

Contract Type: Permanent

Deadline Day: 23rd May 2025

Start date: From 1st July 2025 (pending completion of safer recruitment checks)

Deliver and oversee the offensive and defensive set piece strategy

Join the Seagulls for the 2025/26 season and beyond as a set piece specialist! Lead the development of our set-piece strategy, designing innovative coaching practices to implement on the pitch. Conduct analysis of opposition behaviors to identify strengths and weaknesses, helping BHAFC set the standard for excellence.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in an elite men's first team environment, with a strong interest in set-piece innovation. UEFA A Licence required. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
